Some Good Tips for Handling Marbles and Granites

o Do not allow stains to dry or oxidize. Strong stains such as cooking fats or substances that can absorb the ingredients (coffee, wine, vinegar, fruit juices or vegetables, etc.) must be treated immediately.
o Do not use any abrasive or bleaching substance or any form of solvent (acetone, alcohol). Be careful with detergents in spray form. Do not overdo it and avoid spraying on surface joints.
o Avoid cleaning the marble or granite of the kitchen with steam appliances.
o Work benches are cleaned with a common liquid dishwashing detergent and hot water immediately after drying with a cloth.
o Do not touch a pot directly from the fireplace on the bench of marble or granite. Although the surfaces are made to withstand an instantaneous temperature of up to 180 degrees, this can cause damage as temperatures in some cases (pots, deep fryers, pans, etc.) are high. Use protective bases.
o Use wood or other cutting surfaces to protect your bench from scratches. Even a material such as granite could be damaged by a different use. Also remember that some surfaces of natural materials such as marble or granite are often sensitive to substances such as lemon, wine, oil, etc.
o Quartz countertops are also compact and have no resources. Stains of coffee, wine, oil, vinegar, tea, etc. are easily removed as long as they are still fresh. In case of persistent stains, use white vinegar in water or a vinegar-based detergent. Immediately afterwards, rinse and wipe. Always use cutting boards and protective bases.

What should be avoided in the cleaning of marbles?

Marbles are sensitive natural material and its pores make it absorb relatively easily. The use of household cleaning chemicals that are commercially available should be avoided. For the cleaning of floors it is recommended to use lukewarm water sometimes with green soap with neutral Ph. Deeper cleaning is recommended and intervention by a specialist craftsman.

What is Technogranite and Technomarmaro?

Technogranite 

The Technogranite is synthetic quartz rock used as diakosmitiko material in construction. Constructed with the same materials with technomarmaro, i.e. apparent color mortar reinforced with polyester fibers. It has high hardness and is highly durable, since the quartz (quartz) is the fourth hardest material in the world, with little absorbency, while not having the maintenance of a natural material, the plus is the resistance to common household acids, shock, abrasions, and the lack of resources and uniformity in coloring. Technomarmaro 
The artificial marble is apparent colored concrete reinforced with polyester fiber, which comes in many colors and designs. Indistinguishable from the real, natural marble, it is considered greater strength and less absorbent. Because it is produced in molds has better uniformity than natural and also has the ability to go to a specific dimension and volume.
